        Nice pub with unfussy food, limited but well kept beer selection. Staff all great, very attentive. The location by the river is fabulous, sitting outside on a warm day is a real treat. Kids play equipment outside keeps the little ones busy for a while. Well worth the couple of minutes that it takes to drive out of Honiton to reach it.

        Staff are very friendly. The menu is good could be better. The outside play area is OK for smaller (under ten I would say) Be careful they don't fall in the river. We have been there many times and the present owners are one of the best there have been in the last twenty years.
