It was really useful to have Jonathan visiting us at home as we were able to choose frames and mounts to match the decor in the rooms where the pictures were to be hung. He was very helpful with suggestions and had a good range of both frames and mounts to choose from as well as a choice of normal or non- reflective glass which is not something we would have otherwise considered. We felt the service was very personalised; for example, he went to great lengths to treat the oak on one frame to match it as closely as possible to the frame on an existing picture. We are delighted with all of the mounting and framing he did for us. We found him to be friendly and professional and felt that we received good value for money. We would happily recommend Jonathan to future clients.

I am a professional artist based in Awbridge, Hampshire and have used the services of Dovetail Framing (Jonathan Birch) for a number of years, as have many of my fellow artists in the area. Firstly, the quality of Jonathan's work is of a very high standard - two of the important measures of this are precision mount-cutting and perfect corner joints in timber frames; Jonathan excels at these. Equally important are the care and customer service that he brings; I don't expect there ever to be a problem with his work, but if there was, I know he would pull out all the stops to put things right. A very pleasant guy doing a great job, so definitely 5 stars!

My pictures now look fantastic ready for the gallery. Johnathan is lovely bloke very knowledgeable and produces great frames will definitely recommend his first class service
