Morplan Bristol

Have been charged 44 + VAT for one role of labels, have contacted the company via phone no answer, left messages recieved NO responses. Contacted customer services via email 3 times NO responses. Why would I use a company with such poor customer service again - I don't think so. Please contact me to resolve the overcharge or send the labels I paid for. Lost my order in their warehouse, communication awful, took many attempts to get anywhere with them and to get my money back. Never even apologised for the poor service.

Fail to ever send Invoices which means PO Box 54, CM20 2TS then try and threaten with legal proceedings. Be warned you have to be the one that does all the work to ensure debt recoveries are avoided.

I bought many items for my two shops at the Bristol branch , I been served by Kerry ,she was very helpful every time she served me , I will be coming back for sure , as the quality of the product amazing!
