Third delivery from this company. The driver/porters have always been polite and professional, delivering the Ikea furniture to me. The access isn't great for delivery, but the guys never seem phased by the challenge. 5 stars from me. Thank you.

Rude and ignored repeated requests to use the appropriate entrance to my neighbours property and instead parked on another neighbours drive and blocked another's. When I asked them why, i was told they weren't driving!! So it was Mr invisible that was driving then!! I know they heard my requests to use the appropriate entrance as I heard them repeat it between themselves.

This company damaged not only the goods they were delivering but also my property. They were also swearing throughout the whole delivery. Customer services useless and I had to refund the whole order from IKEA.

One of your driver has done a delivery on Sunday morning just before 08.00 in a residentual area GL3 4GR with one of your truck, plate number CN70 UYH. The problen is that he did not switch the engine off for his entire stationary time of about 15 minutes and woke us up on Sunday morning... this is disrespectful and unacceptable and ultimately not ecological... was noisy and just a fuel waste which is a shame. Please pass the feedback message to your crew.
