Unfortunately, not so good the second time. They cut and capped the pipe to the boiler instead of using the isolator valve to make it safe and unuseable whilst waiting for Vaillant engineer to repair it. I understand the need for safety, however in all conversations, cutting the pipe was never mentioned. This could have been an oversight. Plumb4Heat have always been responsive previously, so I will use them in future, in the hope that this was a one-off.

It's amazing to get such a professional team by just googling. Chris and his team have carried out plumbing and repair jobs for me. His team are resourceful. I was impressed with how they really considered the best approach to the repair of the wooden worktop in the kitchen. Instead of needlessly replacing part of it, they sanded it down and re-stained it, matching the original wood. Chris is responsive, efficient and I highly recommend Plumb4Heat. I needed some plumbing work done in the kitchen. Plumb4heat were fast, cost effective with good communication through out. I will definitely use them again.
