Absolutely disappointing!! after booking and paying my parking space the owner decided on his own to charge me more, they did absolutely nothing! rather than helping me find a solution as every major company does, they actually helped the owner on the procedure in order to cancel my booking despite my will. they are completely untrustworthy and unreliable if you want to make any sort of plan, and their costumer service is even worse. they never answer directly to your question and try to find any possible excuse to take time and be sure you are going to use again their service by giving them more money before even giving you a refund!! they literally squeeze you like a lemon before throwing you away without solving your problem.

This company are not capable to take a phone call in relation to unfair penalty charges. Our family of companies will not be using this company ever again... We have provisioned a parking space for 4 days and on day 2, we are hit with a penalty charge
