Very unpleasant man behind the counter was passive-aggressive bordering on verbally aggressive as I tried to return a DPD parcel. Turns out I had printed the wrong label (the Amazon instructions turned out to be wrong). He also kept saying he wouldn't take it - first because it was too large, and that I should "check before bringing it here" (there is no way to check such things, certainly no easy way) and then because it was too heavy, before he randomly stopped saying either of these things without explaining himself. As I was attempting to figure out what had gone wrong, he kept badgering me that I had the wrong label. I told him I understood and asked for a minute, but he just kept repeating himself in progressively angrier tones. He told me to figure it out outside (which is fair, it's a small shop). When I thought I had figured it out, I asked if he could now take it, and he just had clearly grown fed up and just handed me his barcode scanner, which had some basic instructions on it that didn't help. Turns out I had to go all the way home to print off a new label - to be clear, that's not his fault, so I'm not upset with him about that part. I don't expect anyone to read this, but my experience was so bad that I felt I needed to post this. Easily the worst customer service I've had in months

As a local, I have been coming here for years. No problems. Staff are great, especially the very helpful lady.
