We were looking to rent while the market was frankly crazy. Having been outbid on two flats before we got to 16a Dagnan, we were assured and well advised by Toby at M&P who was empathetic to our position having recently moved with his partner. He gave us his honest view on how we should approach bidding in the current market and didnt try to pull any kind of wool over our eyes (which happened with a couple of other agents)! From the moment our bid was made he was in constant communication with us, explaining each step of the process and keeping us in the loop when the landlord was deciding on our offer. Toby also went above and beyond his remit, letting my partner see the flat after we had agreed a deal (which put her mind at ease having not see it up to that point)! I would recommend Toby and M&P to anyone looking to rent in this market: where so many estate agents are out for themselves Toby genuinely wanted to help.

Been a year since we moved into a property right in the middle of Clapham. It was the most stressful time and my partner and I were under a lot of pressure. Harry Heilpern was our agent at that time in Clapham Old Town branch. Thanks to him we found our home and were lucky to have him help us in the search. He was so patient with us and understood what exactly were looking for. Hes straightforward and easy to work with. Thanks again!

Used to work in this industry and these guys give themselves a shocker of a name! Staff make so many mistakes. Cannot answer a call past 6 (which for an estate agent is unheard of?). Contracts have endless mistakes in. Endless problems with billing and no explanations of how and why they are charging for set things. Save time. Use anyone else but these.
