        I was unable to generate a new policy quote using the exact same details as your website is designed to prevents this which I believe is unfair. When I entered in the same details as my current policy using a like for like car I generated a new policy quote for 4.8p per mile. and it was almost 100 cheaper than my renewal price. I believe this constitutes price walking I am being charged almost double the price per mileage which I believe is against the FCA regulations and as such I will be making a complaint regarding the tactics used by ByMiles.

        This company is not that economical and even though they say you can contact them by phone they take well over 30 minutes to take your call and want to charge admin fees to make any policy changes - sounds like grasping at any opportunity to make money at customer expense.
