This is quite a poor quality apartment experience. For the same money I should have stayed in a hotel. At least in a hotel you have the opportunity to raise any issues or complaints with the team at reception. Here you are on your own. When I got into bed to sleep I found the mattress was absolutely impossible to get comfortable on, as I could feel the springs everywhere. As a result I had to pull out the sofa bed in the living area to sleep on. Not happy. Also, the WiFi did not work, just ridiculous. Additionally, the address is listed as being Avonmore Road, but the actual apartment is somewhere else. They dont tell you this before hand, instead they let you book first (non-refundable by the way) and they email you a day in advance of your stay with the real address.
