        I took my Chanel ballerina to this place, which was apparently a huge mistake. Not only did they not fix my shoes but they damaged my shoes. There is glue or whatever they used all over my shoes. I asked to speak to the manager and I told them to fix it and after so many days the manager or the owner is telling me we cant do anything pay and take your shoes. Worst place possible to take your clothes or shoes, the people who work there are so horrible and rude.
