Impressed by them so when I saw they where doing an offer for a body scrub I thought I would go again!
Sadly they will not honour the body scrub voucher because I am not a new customer which is very disappointing because the terms and conditions do not state that is a requirement at all.
Please correct your offers as this has resulted in a very dissatisfied customer who will not return.
