        Excellent Sunday lunch in a nice atmosphere. Coffee and ice creams at the shack in the garden were great too, even on a cool spring day. Well worth the walk down from Dassett Hills country park or a nice diversion off the M40.

        Visited with my toddler as a lunch stop on a long drive north, and enjoyed it so much we stopped a few days later on the way home too! Both meals were very good, staff were lovely and welcoming, and they were incredibly helpful accommodating my child's gluten intolerance.

        Agreed welcome. Good selection of well kept beers. Great place. Have eaten here before and it was good food. Only had a drink this time. Outside eating drinking. And an ice cream shed that sells wonderfully home made ice cream.
