Cut Foam

Company doesn't seem to want to do business. I've messaged them twice requesting a price for cushion foam. No reply. I then tried to call them but as soon as you're connected, the call cuts out. not wasting any more time here.

I've had incredible good service from Cut Foam. I have a chronic pain condition and was looking for a specific kind of foam to alleviate the pain when seating. My numerous phone calls were received with a a lot of kindness and a strong willingness to work with me to find exactly what i needed. I strong recommend this firm and expect to use it again in the future. Thanks to all at Cut Foam.

Great service, very quick turn-around and competitive prices. Have used them for projects at home [furnishings] and work [displays and acoustics]. Highly recommend!

Ive given the opportunity to your company to respond to my emails and get this resolved but sadly I feel I have to write a review. I received an extremely bad service from cut foams. Firstly they made the wrong items after giving clear instructions. We received excuse after excuse, The first batch was so wrong it was laughable. After some new more excuses we were told they will remake the items and it will take 1 to 2 working days. This took another three weeks! I received the gear back and then found out that they had outsource this to another company. Drayton foams. This service what is three times more expensive than drayton foams. Ive given this company many opportunities to get this resolved and get back to me but continue not to hear a word. Summary- go with Drayton foams much cheaper and better service!!
