James set up our washer and dryer. He was friendly and provided a great service. Before he left, he double-checked that everything was in working order and was clean. He advised us to sort out our warranty as soon as possible and even made suggestions for other home improvements. It was great having James at our home. He made the experience enjoyable. I am happy to recommend him to our friends and family.

James has worked on my central heating twice now. First time a month or so ago he replaced the magnetic filter unit that had been leaking and more recently returned to convert my open vented Vaillant boiler system to a closed pressurised system as the boiler and pump was not working efficiently. He reconfigured all the pipework around the boiler and installed a pump in that location. He also reconfigured/replaced all pipework, zone valves and components in the airing cupboard to make the closed system conversion. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work ethic which is evident in the quality of the installation he has provided. I cant recall the system ever working as effectively as it does today. Hopefully squeezed a little more life out of my aging Vaillant boiler. He was punctual, friendly and totally reliable. I would not hesitate to call James again if I have any kind of heating or plumbing problem.
