I dont even know where to start. My father recently moved into their independent living accommodation (which is a brand new facility) and the team have been nothing but helpful. They made sure everything was there before he moved in bed, wardrobe, draws and sofas the lot. The staff are super friendly and very professional as well as very patient. Sam the manager has been super helpful in the settlement, Ellie is literally my dads favourite person she sits with him and actually has conversations with him (hes got dementia). Ajibola super helpful with the cooking and grocery shopping too. And then Kati who is so sweet and does what she can with the cooking. They keep me updated about everything which was one of my biggest ask during the whole process. They also have a record of the day so I can read whats gone on throughout the week. I literally call them about everything and anything and they are super helpful. One thing I really appreciate is the fact that ALL the staff are on the same page I dont need to worry about having to explain everything more than once to each staff as everyone has already been briefed. No complaints thus far and my father is very happy. This is a very well run establishment and Im not the easiest person to please.
