        Dreadful. Bought a phone from them through Wowcher but was told to contact the supplier direct when it stopped charging. Contacted the store several times and they just didnt respond, then eventually ( 2 months later) they did and told me they cant do refunds after 30 days. How convenient! Honestly, I wouldnt touch these guys with a barge pole, their stuff is old tat and once youve bought it youre stuck with no come back.

        Hi I ordered a phone from London magic store but did not arrive until 2weeks later I told them I received the phone but they already sent out replacement and was told I could keep the second phone as well a really good company to buy phones from brilliant thanks

        Just discovered that claimed 'new' Samsung S8 bought November 2020 is probably 'unused' rather than new as it developed a screen fault and is outside the London Magic Store one year warranty but Samsung claim that IMEI number shows it is outside their 2 year warranty period. I feel I have been duped!
