James and the team was fantastic with the whole order process.

James Latham Timber are 5 star most of the time but just like any other supplier sometimes they can deliver a sub-standard product. This has happened to our company on two occasions recently and even when confronted with photographic evidence they find it impossible to put their hands up and agree. I think their reputation for good quality has made them arrogant so don't expect much assistance when things do go wrong. I had to take our most recent complaint directly to the manufacturer who were far more helpful
