Purchased a Ford S-Max last month for around 8k. Told had a full aa inspection and was immaculate. Promised in writing a couple of immediate issues would be rectified within 14 days of receipt inc. broken windscreen and tail light. Nothing fixed and no communication. This dealer is not part of AA cars as advertised. Companies house has two v.performances registered at the address. The one listed on their website is not aa registered. Wrote to dealer requesting an independent inspection, ignored. Wrote to dealer requesting huge list of faults fixed, ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Apparent fraudulent activity going on here! O, and their operating address has no delivery address so all post returned so had to use Directors address as listed on companies house. Too many defects to list but glueing on trim panels is not fixing something. Sending a cheap knock off Chinese 2nd key that is not cut or programmed is not a second key. Broken headrests, bodywork cracked, brakes appear not legal, inspection was falsified, etc etc. They use 2nd hand, poor condition, parts to make repairs. Or, cheap aftermarket knockoff parts off of eBay. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Please please avoid yourself the trouble of using this garage. It looks like we will be going to court as they simply wont respond to us.

Bought a vehicle 6 months ago, DPF had a blockage and kept throwing a transmission fault up, got it rectified and thought it was just bad luck, now however, it seems coincidental as now the engine has since seized due to excessive heat exposure caused by loose components and poor maintenance practices whilst vehicle was under their charge, this has caused 0000s worth of costs. When contacting for warranty or response, they dont answer the phone and they do not respond to emails I have had a genuine manufacturers technician to inspect the vehicle and has provided evidence of said poor maintenance and workmanship. Due to no communication, I will be seeking legal/ombudsman advice etc Avoid this dealership

I thought I would write a review, as my experience of virtual performance has not been that great so far. I bought a car from VP on the 5th July, having read the details on their web site and then asked various questions (spoke to Bill) about the car. All looked and sounded OK. But.when it turned up (slightly delayed, due to garage equipment calibration delays? )..The following issues were apparent (none of which were previously disclosed): Dent in passenger door, Front bumper cracked in three places (looked like front end shunt damage), front and rear offside wheel arches scrape, AC not working, one key not two (as per advert), 3500 k additional miles to that advertised, no evidence of last service (VP said they had performed), no 145 point AA report (according to their web site all their cars have this 145 point AA check), Also the 6mth warrantee had not been activated by VP. I contacted Jamie and discussed, he offered to partial refund and cover cost of AC repair.. I initially agreed, pending taking the car to my local garage for AC issue. OK says Jamie.. Good, I thought.. problems!.. but at least VP say they will compensate.. Anyway, I took car to local garage for AC repair , only to then find out (thanks to cursory look over that I asked them to perform) that the front brakes were severely corroded, exhaust loose due to clamp missing from exhaust, both rear shocks were leaking and one was lose and total non functional, wiper blades worn and cracked (Im starting to worry now!) .. the car had just been MOTed by VP.. None of these safety items had even been picked up even as advisories (some should have probably been a fail).. Anyway I contacted Jamie again and long short short.. (after two and throw of many text messages over two weeks) they finally instigated warrantee (two weeks later), and promised to refund 300 for all the mis-described, non-disclosed issues and serious faults (a poultry sum of 300 for all that . I thought was a very good deal for them).. yet unbelievably; despite saying they would refund .. still no refund as of 27/7/21 At this moment in time, I have been left with no choice but to start a charge back via the credit card company (thankfully I paid with the a credit card).. so I will at least at some point get a full enforced refund If VP (Jamie) decides in the interim to stand by his word and refund the 300 as promised.. I will update this review accordingly, for the benefit of the doubt, they maybe having some communication problems and are in process of refunding I will update this review . Maybe Im being unfair hopefully this review may encourage the right action or if not, it may at least stand as a consideration for any potential future customers.
