        Gp and receptionist are good but service is very poor. I hope new surgery contract will bring some good things for people who don't have a 2nd option in Purfleet.

        I'm trying to call to book an appointment and 5 seconds after connecting it keeps ending the call. How are we ment to book appointment when you can only book on the day and it won't let you connect?

        This shouldnt even be 1 star, this place is an absolute joke. Literally every time I call Im on hold for 30 minutes a time and get cut off and when you ask about the phones when you walk in all they say is the phone system is busy today.
