We are thrilled! We have had our 2 llhasa Apso's and 1 Westie professionally groomed since they were 10 weeks old and so when we moved area we were really apprehensive about changing their groomer. We were recommended to try Bark, Bath and Beyond and WOW! Sam has a superb, relaxed and friendly grooming environment where the dogs can wander around and play. We immediately felt comfortable and in professional hands and the dogs settled in straight away. The groom itself is awesome, we have the Llhasa Apso's Teddy bear cut and this is without doubt the best cut we have had. Our Westie looks adorable too. Sam accommodated Archies nervous temperament and Lillys old age and when we picked them up they didn't want to leave. They smell lush and look amazing! Fantastic groomer and if we could give 10 stars we would!

Everytime my dogs have visited Sam they come back looking amazing and smelling even better. I couldn't recommend her professionalism enough,always offering advice when its needed too. Top job. Top groomer!
