Nearly broke my finger when attempting to wind my brass marine clock and spring suddenly reversed the key. Was in despair at ever getting this repaired until I found Kevin who undertook the repair and got me going before sailing orders Very professional and full of assurance Thank-you Kevin for great job, Oh! and I do hope you find an apprentice because we need people like you to keep us ticking
