        Unprofessional, inefficient and waste of time dealing with them!

        Atrocious experience. Never answering the phone and being charged 20 by my phone company to be on hold for 20 minutes and nobody bothered to answer . Never used them myself but my car insurer used them for an accident I was involved and they started harassing me for cancellation of an appointment that I have actually attended. 4 years later from when the appointment should have taken place. Never replied to emails either. It feels like they are a money making scheme, so people will either try and call them and they make money that way by keeping u on hold for as long as possible or other people might feel intimidated by their harassing letters and might cave in an pay them money they don't owe. Shame on you!
