If I could leave no stars I would, absolute joke of a company. I cancelled my policy back in September and paid any outstanding monies at the time and confirmed with them that there is nothing else left to pay. 3 months later I get an email saying I owe 45 for cancelling the policy and it will be given to debt collectors if I don't pay within so many days. I already paid the outstanding dues when I cancelled it. Taking the P**S. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I will never use them again and would never recommend them. I have copy of the email details sent to them they then put them into their computer with a post code that doesn't even exist. Then took the money when policy came the post code was not on there. After the cancellation period they then got in touch telling me they could not find the post code and are cancelling the policy. I had to pay them 150 to change the details they put in wrong absolutely disgusting. Took it through complaints and even after sending copy of email with dates on they never paid money back or said they were at fault. Stay clear how many people do they do this to.?
