        Encountered one sensible staff member in Customer Service (Taylor). Otherwise they were contradictory,inefficient and after a year with them we were glad to go. Only gave 1 star as zero not an option!

        Careful with them, if you cancel a policy mid term they charge a 35 fee and all the commission they have lost on the policy.
