        visted first time was good second time the young lady could not handle the large breed as she explained needs 2 person job ?? no clue what she is doing anyway was charged and job was not done

        My poor dog came out looking like a different dog. The groomer even mocked his appearance when I arrived. There was some matting, but the amount of hair taken off was extreme. I was not quoted the correct price on the phone when I booked either. I called when I got home to say how upset I was about his appearance and there was no empathy at all. I now have to pay someone else to rectify his appearance. I would not use them again.
