        Would highly recommend rob malone at Malone financial services. I had a complicated financial history and circumstances and rob went what felt like above and beyond to help me get my mortgage offer. It wasnt without its stresses but rob constantly remained in contact with me and was always professional. Couldnt recommended highly enough!

        Very rude and abrupt individual. Has no interpersonal skills and does not know what he is doing. We finally got the property we wanted with a different mortgage broker professionals who dealt with our application in 3 weeks and completed the mortgage and checks. With Malone services he made me do half his job took our money and didnt do anything towards the application. He also gave us someone elses mortgage application details and got our entire mortgage application wrong by filling it in with incorrect details. Wouldnt recommend at all

        Took his fee and then, after failing to get me a mortgage through his "preferred" lenders because he mis-read my financial situation, refused to apply to the bank who eventually gave me my mortgage. Cost me 250 extra to use a more agreeable, less grumpy adviser and at least 3 weeks delay.
