Life, Aligned | Mentoring and Journals

I recently booked a mentoring session with Jen and can honestly say that it was the most wonderful experience. Jen is an amazing person who listens to what you need, helps to talk through your thoughts and then helps to put all of that together in a way that isn't overwhelming. I really loved the follow up email check-ins which helped to keep me on track at a pace that was right for me. Everything is centred around working in the right way for you around your cycle and energy levels. Jen has a really special way of lifting people up, there's never any judgement, she just has a gorgeous energy and a way of supporting you to be you. I can't recommend her mentoring sessions highly enough.

Thank you Jen. Without this cyclical way of living, (which has really come together since joining the space), my ideas and intuition are harder to come by. Its one thing to cycle track but quite another to bring together and embody a different way of living completely it often feels radical; yet a design for living that really works and one I wish to embody so that its attractive to others - namely all the girls and women in my life. Jen is a wonderful human. I hope many folks get to meet and experience this community Ive been fortunate enough to find and become part of.

Put simply, this community is utterly wonderful. It is supportive, informative, packed full of inspiration, learning opportunities and group working. It feels so nourishing for me and consequently my business to have somewhere so supportive to be. I work alone and that was really starting to feel like a thing. I could not have wished for a better way to redress that balance. Now I feel I have a great place to 'hang out' with like minded women with a whole range of different experiences of business and life. It is incredible and has been such an empowering thing to do.

Wonderful products and the customer service is exceptional. I first received the Planner as a gift - the packaging was beautiful, and the product itself even better! I have now gone on to order the Lunar Calendar, and it is phenomenal. I really do love what Life, Aligned focuses on and helps to bring to my life. I feel calmer, more mindful and grounded.

I've been very lucky to not just have experienced Jen's mentoring, but also purchased a number of her planners and prints, and currently be a part of her Life Aligned Community. Jen is an inspirational, positive ball of energy who is fantastic at working her magic - she has aided me and my business in confronting obstacles, supporting an overall more positive mindset and approach to the life of a business owner - and most importantly, reminding me about the importance of self-care. I have no doubt that I will continue to look to Jen and her community / offering for support and guidance for many years to come!
