The pub food served was good and value for money. A pity the service was poor bordering on rude. There is no disabled access and no support or help given.

A stunningly beautiful 16th century building lacking real character, soul, warmth and coziness both inside in terms of the welcome and hospitality. Hotel-like, impersonal, busy, like we were intruders. Bar staff distracted, abrupt...simply lacking in a genuine friendly welcome. A shame.
