I have just had my Business Besties shoot with Viv and I loved it! Its the first time I have had a branding shoot but it was so much fun, Viv puts you at ease so much so theres no awkward poses or feeling self conscious and she has such a eye for location and props. I love the images, she captured me as me I look relaxed rather than that weird look you always have when someone is taking your photo! Thanks so much lovely lady, cant wait to work with you again in the future xx

I just wanted to write a review in regards to two 1:1 sessions I was lucky enough to receive from Viv. She was fantastic in communicating to sort out times and especially with (due to my end) rearrangement of one session at short notice. Her business advice was amazing and has certainly helped me gain much more clarity in the direction of where I need to take things, and more importantly with my marketing/brand awareness strategies. For the final session my two young children were in and out of the zoom meeting and she was incredibly patient and calm, and somehow managed to continue to help me throughout the chaos in the background. She has a wonderful personality that makes you feel very much at ease and comfortable and I would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone, especially her Facebook which is brilliant for business owners, 'The Visibility Studio'. Thank you so much again Viv for your help and advice it's been fab, and I look forward to discovering more over in the group.

Viv...is Great...Wait! Thats not true. She is MIIIIGHTY!! Not only did I smile at how lovely the pictures were,but I enjoyed every moment with her;our little adventuring, hysterical laughter, grubbing on the go,you name it.If youre looking to tell you brand story in still and get visible;Look no further because your woman is Vivienne Guy. A very grateful client.

My partner had some photos taken by Vivienne of our 3 month old son. The photos I and many members of my family felt were very poorly shot and didn't look professional at all. She was promised professional editing and a was also talked through a misleading package which turned out to be close to 50 for two photos sent via email a day later! We contacted Vivienne before we had even seen the photos to request a possible refund (not even 24 hours after the photos had been taken) but were told due to fast turn around times (i.e uploading onto computer and sending over) we were unable to receive a refund. None the less I was happy enough knowing that although we wouldn't be able to receive a refund we would have at least two fantastic professional photos of our son but unfortunately the standard of the pictures I feel could of easily have been replicated on a smart phone camera. The pictures were harsh with lighting and the only real editing that could be seen was it had been cropped somewhat. Not what you would expect from a professional. After going to Vivienne with our concerns we were told that because we had viewed and downloaded the photos out of the email (as any other person would) we couldn't receive a refund. I'm sure she has some very satisfied customers but unfortunately we aren't one. Would not recommend! In reply to the reply below. My partner was misled in what editing was going to take place when the pictures were originally viewed. A request of a refund before the images had been received as already stated had nothing to do with how unhappy I was with the images that were taken. Had they been of a good quality then I would of been more then happy to pay and keep them instead we have paid 50 for 2 photos that will never be used because they are appealing. Also no threat of a bad review was ever made. We stated to Vivienne that we wanted to express to her in a private message how unhappy we were with the images before leaving a review. In order to give her a chance to possible rectify them not as a threat for a refund.
