I ordered a mug online from Brambles to replace my husbands favourite mug that Id just broken. Unfortunately it was out of stock but when I mentioned that it was replacement for the broken one, Nic the owner went above and beyond and contacted the supplier, had the last one specially sent to her then packed up and sent to me - now thats what I call customer service! Thank you so much Nic. Mx
