Ive just had a big conversion done, Ive gone from a flat road bar to drop downs which is a big job. I cant express how happy I am with the job theyve done. New shifters a new stem new rear mech new cables and and its perfect. Its like riding a new bike and as always you get a service with a smile and if theres any issues theyll be more than happy to help. Couldnt rate them highly enough

I visited PAU Run & Ride when shopping at Trentham Gardens, they have a fantastic set up. Emma and the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I saw a beautiful colourful Cinelli gravel bike and fell in love with it, they didnt have my size but were on it immediately and a month later I picked it up. Great service, and highly recommended.

Popped in to look for some shoes that would suit me as Ive been suffering hip pain when trying to get my 10k steps in. Emma and team helped me find some shoes that felt right on the treadmill but continue to feel great in the real world 2 weeks later. Thanks guys!

I'm a seasoned cyclist as a consequence my bike gets some stick, the bike went in gor a silver service a new bottom bracket and chain, picked up the bike today it looks and runs like new. Thanks to Paul and staff at Trentham run and ride I will be back!
