What a promising little park. Visited with my 3 year old son. On the surface the park looks well kept and well maintained, however, looks can be deceiving. The main attraction appears to be the long wavey slide on the side of a man made mound. The mound has a tunnel that goes through it. The park also features a large swing and some wooden balancing equipment. On the side near the road looks like some recently installed outdoor gym equipment which is of a far better design than most outdoor gym equipment I've seen. Most make it fairly easy for a small child to use it, but this was difficult for a 3 year old to mess around on it. It's a shame, what could be such a nice park doesn't appear to be shown much love by the council. Though the grass is obviously mown regularly, we found broken glass just about everywhere we went in the park. Luckily my 3 year old knows not to touch broken glass, but could be an issue for others or even dogs standing on it!
