CE Back Office

Having had a few bad experiences with payroll providers, we came across CE Back Office following a recommendation. Our initial discussion with Emma was really positive, she understood the issues we had before, and gave examples on how they would work to address the issues should they arise. We were allocated an account manager, and we have been working with Flo for the last 3 months. I have to say I am really impressed, all questions are answered quickly and efficiently, but also in 'plain English' so they are easy to understand. Sometimes the legal requirements for payroll and pensions can be confusing, but we feel we are now in really safe hands with a company who understands both what we need to do as a business, but also how we want to work. It has certainly put our minds at rest with payroll which was causing us many sleepless nights! We can highly recommend the team at CE Back Office, and long may the partnership continue!

I have been working with CE Back Office for over a year now and what a brilliant decision it was! I first used them because we were having a few changes in personnel within our accounts department and i outsourced payroll to ensure that continued working whilst the department re stabilised. The department did, but i never brought the payroll back in house! I can't fault CE at all, they are so knowledgeable and always helpful that i really feel my payroll is better placed with them.....no errors are likely to occur or we won't miss any changes in legislation which is worth the small monthly fee in my book. :)
