Lara helped us secure our first home 5 years ago, she has an exceptional knowledge of the market and helped find the best deal for us. She has recently helped us port our mortgage over to a new property, she explained the process thoroughly, kept us updated and liaised with both our solicitor and mortgage company. We recently used Lara when purchasing a new build property. As first time buyers we quite honestly went into the pretty daunting process completely clueless! From my first phone call with Lara I was reassured that wed made the correct choice. Lara was quick to get our mortgage offer sorted. She was incredibly flexible with meeting times and met us at our convenience each time. In addition, Lara has created an incredibly relaxed environment and is honestly just like a best friend! We were never afraid to send a daft question to her in an evening or weekend, shed be on hand with a response. Lara guided us through the whole process with our best interests at heart, ensuring the correct mortgage was selected to suit our individual needs. Not only has she arranged our mortgage, but also life insurance, medical insurance and home insurance - again with our best interests at heart. We had multiple delays with our house build along the way which resulted in us needing a mortgage extension, again no issue.
