I contacted Luke last week to inform him that SPEN would be renewing the cables into my property on Friday and I would like him to fit the Hypervolt EV charger as soon as he was able. He phoned yesterday early afternoon to say he had got as far as he could on another job but was unable to complete it until other work was done so although it was short notice could he come immediately. No problem with that and he duly arrived and got to work. His work is very neat and he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitting an EV charger. He went through operating it using the app and ensuring it had a good WiFi signal. Luke is very friendly and easy to talk to and I have no hesitation in recommending him to fit EV chargers and I'm sure any form of electrical work as he noticed that the consumer unit needed to have a new earthing cable and he did it there and then. From the moment I contacted Luke re choices of and most suitable home EV charger for myself and my new electric vehicle, I was confident in his knowledge, customer service, politeness and friendly attitude,and reliability in supplying and installing the correct charger at my home. On the day of installation, Luke arrived on time and completed the installation very quickly and neatly. He then assisted me in setting up my Hypervolt app, to use for controlling the charger and keeping record of the dates, costs and efficiency of charging my car. I would recommend Luke to anyone needing similar service, and will not hesitate to contact him if I need any other electrical work done at my home.

I had a complex electric car charging requirement with a cable run of 85m in an apartment block of four apartments. Luke was really professional and friendly in working with me to identify the best technical option for me and all three other apartments. We went with the Easee which is great for my needs. Luke was much easier to work with than the national brands of EV installers for this complex job requiring approval from the management company of the development.
