Gavin and his team were approachable, professional and polite at all times. On the day of the job, they arrived on time. He explained and discussed any matters arising before proceeding further. Thereafter, the job was completed quickly and the site left clean and tidy. The job reports were completed in a timely manner and the invoice presented within a few days. Since the work was completed, I have contacted Gavin for advice generally and each time he has been accommodating and very helpful. I would definitely use his companys services again. Gav and one of his colleagues (sorry, I didn't catch his name) came over to do the job. They were quick but not rushed, knew their stuff and did a bang up job of it. Friendly, left everything neat and tidy, works a treat, and took me through how to use it to find a faulty appliance if I needed to. Well worth it, would definitely recommend. Cheers guys.
