Kingswater Dental Practice

Been a patient at the dentist for a few months now the staff there are so helpful and patient especially the manager Alison. On my visit today she was helping an elderly man on one of his visits and the kind words and passion Alison shown was absolutely overwhelming it just goes to show there really is good people in the world! keep doing an amazing job Alison and your team definitely 5 star rating!

I can not speak highly enough of ALL the staff here amazingly helpful amazingly friendly. I suffer bad from the seeing the dentist to the point where I want to be put to sleep just to have a filling and I can say that without a doubt I feel beyond safe and comfortable from walking through the door to sitting in the chair. And i truly dont no where i would be without there help and understanding 5 star rating ain't enough but it's all I can give.

I really cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Every single member of the team goes well beyond expectations! They made me feel at ease for my appointments but for my daughter they were just superb! I was very nervous taking my two year old in for her first appointment not knowing how she will react, from the moment she walked in the staff made her feel at ease. They dental lady was so good with my little girl, made her laugh and didn't rush her! I have to say its one of the best dental practices i have been too! Thank you to everyone at KDP!!

Myself and my 2 daughters have been a patient at kings water for a couple of years now one of my daughters is 3 and has severe autism also non verbal. The staff are absolutely amazing very supportive always happy to help and very patient. Alison the manager of the practice is approachable always really friendly and chatty and always takes time for the children and myself. Myla does become really upset different surroundings so myself and Alison came up with a plan to bring myla in when passing and increase her check ups to every 3 months to get her used to the practice this helped me and my children massively. Myla now goes to the dentist calmly sits in the chair which is a huge mountain to cross with a child with autism. Thank you so much Alison and your team for the support you have given myself and my children makes life so much easier your a super
