Louise was fantastic from start to finish she found us a mortgage at 10% In the middle of the pandemic when they were all being removed then found another great 15% mortgage last minute when we had another house after our last one flopped she is personal kind and treats you like a human being. Her communication is flawless and she is there to help you no matter what time of day, gave us excellent advice and showed us the best deals. We also took our life insurance which is fab with benefits such as lower price gym membership Amazon prime etc wouldve been totally lost without her we call her our real life superhero I have recommended it to all my friends :)

Brilliant, friendly, professional service with no hidden clauses or sales pitch. Louise wants the best for her customers and looks at what you need against what you can comfortably afford. Would highly recommend this company for insurance, only wish I had found them sooner. Life cover and critical illness cover done and dusted in less than an hour. Definitely 5 stars if not more.

For what I was paying an the cover I had just wasnt worth it. Then Switch lifestyle helped get the best possible cover life an critical health absolutely recommend them. Paying less for much better cover an knowing my family will be ok if something does happen to me. Cant recommend enough doesnt hurt to get a quote very friendly professional an will do their upmost best for you.
