in reply to post by Danelle pierce regarding Renault modus AO05LRU car was sold as traded in with over 110,000 miles on clock six months mot lots of bills from previous owner for price of 760 pounds after six months of use car was taken for mot only failing on broken rear exhaust and cut in tyre car was moted at same garage three times first fail on 13 03 2021 second fail on 16 03 2021 third time pass on 28 03 2021 nothing dangerous was recorded on any mot which can be checked Danelle still has the car now done over 115,000 miles

If I could Id give no stars! Absolutely appalling service, I was sold a car that turned out to have a lot of faults, was deemed dangerous and not actually roadworthy. Told the car was in perfect condition and apparently previous owner had lots of work done on the car to make it perfect.(all complete lies). Emailed Nigel as this has broken the Consumer rights Act 2015 and broken the law in selling a dangerous, unroadworthy car so I am entitled to my money back and he has ignored my emails. If someone can sell a car in such a condition and then ignore what they have done and not put it right, how are you supposed to trust them?
