        Rich came out to quote for installing new drainage from my downstairs shower room and get rid of the saniflows that were there when I moved in. He was very professional and surveyed the job properly bringing the right kit with him straight off, this alone put him head and shoulders above others. Rich finished this part of the job today and I couldn't be happier, he was professional, considerate and accommodating throughout the job. I'd happily recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Rich and see you soon for the next part
