The team at Brooklyn are amazing. From our first visit they have looked after us and our Grandma brilliantly. The whole team from management, reception, nurses, chefs, care staff and activities co-ordinator are all so helpful and caring. Would definitely recommend

IN THE SUMMER OF '68 I REMEMBER. GOING TO BROOKLYN NEW YORK NEW YORK . YOU KNOW THE ONE IN THE BIG APPLE . I WENT THERE TO STAY WITH MY AUNTY IN THE SUMMER OF '68 AND I REMEMBER STANDING UNDER THE BRIDGE THAT WENT TO BROOKLYN WHERE I WAS STAYING WITH MY AUNTY IN NEW YORK I DISFRUTED MYSELF THERE WHILE STAYING WITH MY AUNTY AFTER RETURNING FROM D-D-DAY IN CALAIS WITH MY. UNCLE. THIS WAS WHERE I DISC0VERED BAGELS AND INDEED THEY HAVE SINCE APPEARED WITH PLURIMITY IN THE LOCAL AREAS OF BUYING FOOD. BACK THEN WE DID NOT HAVE REAL CASH JUST CARD BUT ALL THERE MACHINES WERE

My friend is being looked after in this care home, she has reported to me that there has been negligence to other residents within this care home. One example there was a lady that was left even though she requested to go to the bathroom and told to use her pad and they will get round to it later. How annoyed would you be if that was your own relative sitting there in a dirty pad all afternoon? When she needed to go to open her bowels they refused to take her and told her she couldn't do it in the pad either. Can't even begin to imagine what happens to the other residents.
