I Don't Know Why I Bothered Calling The Doctors I Guess Someone Will Find Out Whats Wrong With Me When I Am Dead.Does The Doctors Ever Check The Reviews, I can't take it anymore I've been waiting for a appointment to see a doctor for at least two years for a problem I've had for over three years it's getting to the point I don't care anymore because nobody else does I think doctors think I'm making it up and making fun of me

After going into the surgery today for an emergency appointment I was told I couldn't have a phone call until Tuesday to then be told I could have a phone call this afternoon as someone had cancelled. Well I've been by my phone all afternoon and no phone call at all! And this is just one of the many problems I've encountered. A Dr not knowing when the battery had ran out on thermometer then not knowing how to replace it...and she was meant to be caring for my son, the list goes on and on. I've normally been pretty good with the surgery and understand the problems GPS are facing but it is now getting beyond a joke

I've been trying 10 minutes to get through, when I finally get to be first in the queue and get a reply, I get cut off!!!! I've tried online to get to ask a question and it's unavailable.....Our surgery has gone down the pan. All I want is results for a CT scan I had done 3 weeks ago, the hospital told me that a GP would get in contact....what a joke!!!!

If you get ill in Attleborough, you are expected to self diagnose, as the doctors do not want to see you face to face and point you to websites instead. The receptionists give out results the doctors say theyre not qualified to do (giving the all clear, when subsequently it turns out its not). God help you if you are seriously ill. Shame there isnt the option to give a negative star, I feel that reading the other reviews the Surgery should be shut down (although it might as well given the level of service you receive) - avoid at all costs. Someone will die as result of these people, dont let it be you.
