Sarah-Jane at natural heating was wondering in helping us choose a stove, and took a lot of time and care through discussing the options with us. She was able to put us in contact with Soots who collected the stove and all items for installation. Sarah-Jane did not pressure us into any decisions and it felt like she really cared about our purchase, taking the time to explain what options we had open to us. After care has also been great and Sarah-Jane has provided advice to us as novice stove owners. Would definitely use again in the future, and would recommend to anyone looking to get a stove of their own.

Recommended by a local firm of installers, visited the showroom with plenty of stock to see. Lots of great advice and options, very friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to help us make our choice. We purchased a Purevision PV5i inset woodburning stove with surround. It was a very pleasurable experience, we received excellent service and advice from Sarah-Jane. There was a very good selection of woodburning stoves available with two stoves burning as examples of their heat output. We purchased and collected our stove and had it installed within 5 days, which was fantastic. We had been trying to purchase a stove since October 2022 and it was the first time we actually viewed and could operate this stove before we purchased.
