Finn Geotherm

Our installation was not very straightforward, but Finn Geotherm were extremely helpful throughout and patient with us while we sorted other issues out. We are delighted with the heat pumps, the house is cosy and warm even in the coldest conditions (-6 overnight!) and we are using much less energy than we were with our gas boiler. It is great to feel that our carbon footprint is much reduced. Both the office staff and installation team were brilliant, always happy to answer questions and very responsive. From our first discussion about the installation through the detailed preparation and on to the actual installation Finn Geotherm couldn't have been more helpful. For us it was a big decision to invest in an air source heat pump, however, Finn Geotherm explained all the options open to us, and then allowed us to make up our minds in our own time; they also made the application for the BUS grant on our behalf. The quotation pack we received was very comprehensive indeed, and also explained in detail what works would be done and how. Having gone through the pack I had a few questions, but the office staff answered all in depth. The installation team were polite, respectful of our home, and would answer any question I had. The work was completed, and up and running in three days, with a half a day commissioning to double check everything. After a week or so, a minor issue showed itself, but having contacting them an engineer payed us a visit and quickly sorted the problem - that was six weeks ago, and it's been running perfectly since. In short I have no hesitation in recommending Finn Geotherm. Our home has felt much cosier since the heat pump has been installed! Well done and thank you.
