These guys got me out of a jam. Wed run out of oil just as the really cold weather came! Placed my order online. Spoke to their central office to beg for an even faster delivery than their express service, who were vaguely helpful without actually promising anything. Following day I rang the local depot at wymondham who had oil in our tank within 4 hours. Very impressed and grateful. All confirmed with text messages and generally good communication.
