        A good doctors surgery

        Contacted online and they phoned me, unfortunately I missed the call. Left me a message to phone them. I did so, waited in queue for 40 minutes only to be told that there were no notes on the system so I would have to go back online and start the process all over again!! Not impressed!! It was the doctor that asked ME to return the call!! Not good!!

        I have contacted the surgery twice during lockdown & have received excellent service, with a doctor returning my request within an hour.Took time to talk with me & forwarded a prescription as required..

        The surgery now has a new online system for patient you have to fill in just to get to see someone, the online system is hard to use, and not catered for older people, even if you fill out the forms they don't contact you back, you can't get through on the phone, this is why people call 999 just to get to speak to someone, a useless surgery in attleborough, you can get better service and same day appointment at the vets.
