They continually make wrong bookings, at the two surgeries.
No wonder doctors leave these surgeries due to the unbelievable ability to manage bookings and other things.
It's not any better at the hospital as the same level of incompetence continues throughout the NHS hence again so many staff are leaving a broken system.
The system was better 20+ years ago, but this is no longer the case....
