Almost a year since I took my boiler to HRM and it's still operating well. My local service guy couldn't resolve the fault even after 3 visits and HRM overhauled the unit in just an hour and only billed me for the parts. It may have been a 150 mile round trip but worth it and will certainly be making the trip each year for the excellent customer service and quality of servicing.

This company have given me unbelievably good service. They talked me through possible problems with my 18year old wallstar boiler then Sent me the parts that i needed. I was unable to get the boiler working as it had more problems than i anticipated. They then booked their engineer to come out. He turned up exactly at the arranged time which is better than most other tradesmen. He diagnosed the fault within minutes which was the solenoid terminal valve sticking he knew the boiler literally inside out. Fixed the fault then proceeded to correct all the other faults. I had it serviced about 4 months ago by a oil engineer but he was in and out fast not doing a very good job. So rob changed the rope seal which was leaking gases. The flange gasket that had split, the burner gasket that had perished, the oil tube because it was the original one and very old he then adjusted the setting to get it running perfectly. My heating is now back up and running. We are so happy we called them out after having my original engineer out 3 times at quite an expense and still not fixing the problem but just listing diffrent things that might be wrong and we can change. I would reccommend this company to anyone considering buying a boiler as the after sale support is brilliant. Thank you hrm
