These people supposedly are also ASDA-prints, although it would be tricky to find this out when their phone number doesn't work, their email doesn't work and their website says they're a completely different company in Chichester! Customer service -wise they're terrible! If you have a problem with a product you have bought as (as said above) there is no way to contact them. Their reviews on TrustPilot are AWFUL - I wishI'd read them before ordering! When I finally found their telephone number after spending ages searching I spoke to the 'Manager' who wasted more time arguing than anything else. All I can say is that he cannot have had a great deal of experience of talking to ASDA customers based on the fact that none have been able to ever contact him. AWFUL

I received my slate picture today which was 3 days earlier than expected so I was chuffed. It was well packaged to prevent any breakages. After reading some bad reviews I was anxious about receiving mine, but its come out beautifully. I am so happy with it and I know my fianc is going to love it when he receives it for his Fathers Day gift. I cant wait to purchase more pictures, dont let the negatives put you off ordering Im glad I didnt. Thanks again photo gifts now

Bad quality items and no help from customer services. Basically tried to sell me add ons instead of replacing the items. The bottles I ordered for 2 children were used for a week before they started breaking. Dont bother buying anything unless its sitting on a shelf not being touched.
